Solution -

1.) This often happens after you installed the drivers for the voice card the first time. Unplug the voice card from the USB cable. Now plug it back up. The Found New Hardware wizard will appear. Proceed to follow the steps in the installation guide for the wizard as you did the first time. The drivers should install correctly now.
