Problem: All channels will not answer (but the voice card's light is blinking)


  • Solution -

    If channel 1 works and the rest do not, go here.

    1.)
    Verify that the Recorder service is running. Open the Recorder Monitor software. In the top-right corner you will see the currect status. If it says Recorder STOPPED, right-click the text and you will be prompted to start the Recorder service.

    2.) Verify that the cable connections in the Line jacks are secure.
    - If they are telephone lines, test the lines for a dial tone with a standard phone.
    - If you have direct-wired stations, consult the manual on station installation and configuration.

    3.) If you do not get a tone with your telephone lines, contact your phone provider. If you do, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
