Problem: The voice card's green light is not blinking

Solution -

1.) If you have not yet rebooted after the driver installation, do so.
2.) Verify that the Recorder service is running. Open the Recorder Monitor software. In the top-right corner you will see the currect status. If it says Recorder STOPPED, right-click the text and you will be prompted to start the Recorder service.
3.) If the light is still not blinking, verify that you have internet access and that any antivirus or antispyware software is turned off. Try starting the Recorder service once again.
4.) You may have entered an incorrect serial number during installation. To correct this, run the installer once again. The serial number is a 5 digit numeric found on the bottom of the voice card, with G00 before it. Reboot after the installation is complete
5.) If further issues persist, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
