Solution -

This solution presumes that the computer recognized and installed the voice card drivers. If not, go here. If it recognized the voice card but had an error during installation, go here.

1.) If all installation steps have been followed, reboot your computer.

2.) If the light is still off, open Device Manager. You can get there by right-clicking the My Computer icon, choose Manage, then select Device Manager from the left pane. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers box. Look for an entry called SHT/2 (or if a 4 port voice card, SHT/4).

- If you do not see see the above entry, reinstall the VS Recorder, carefully following the installation instructions.
- If you do see the above entry, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
