Problem: My computer does not recognize the voice card when connected via USB

Solution -
-
1.) Verify that the USB cable is connected securely to both the computer and the voice card
2.) Try a different USB port, preferably on the back of the computer as some older computers do not have powered USB ports on the front.
3.) If you have another computer available, connect the voice card to it. If Windows recognizes the device, your original computer has a USB issue.
4.) If the second computer does not recognize the voice card, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
