Solution -

This appears when your Files Path (in Configuration) or Alt. Files Path (in Authors profile) does not end in a directoy named Files. The default path is: C:\Dictations\Files

1.) Check your Files Path (in Configuration) or Alt. Files Path (in Authors profile). Verify that the path is typed correctly, and ends with a directory named Files. Use the browse button to select the path and eliminate a possible typo.
