Solution -

1.) Check your Files Path (in Configuration) or Alt. Files Path (in Authors profile). Verify that the path is typed correctly and ends with a directory named Files. Use the browse button to select the path and eliminate a possible typo. If you typed the path incorrectly, the dictation will not be sent at all. The dictation is kept in a temp directory at C:\Dictation\Jobs. You can copy the missing dictation from that location and manually paste it into the desired directory.
