Problem: I placed a channel "On-Hook" but now it says "Script Terminated"

Solution -
-
1.) Restart the Recorder service. To do so, right-click the status text on the right side of the menubar (should say Recorder Running). Stop the service. Once it says Recorder STOPPED, repeat the steps to turn the Recorder back on.
2.) If issue remains - or although the channel says Idle - it still does not answer, reboot the computer.
