Problem: When I try to start the Recorder all I get is "STOP PENDING" and then it goes back to "STOPPED"


  • Solution -


  • 1.) This is because the Recorder service cannot communicate with the voice card.
    - If the card's green light is lit or blinking: Reboot the computer.
    - If the card's green light is not lit: Verify the USB cable is securely connected. If so, connect to a different USB port and reboot the computer.

    2.) If after rebooting, the Recorder service will still not start or the card's light is not even on, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
