Solution -

1.) Reboot your computer.

2.) Uninstall iChannel Lite and then reinstall. You can uninstall from Control Panel>Add Or Remove Programs and select iChannel Suite>Remove.

3.) If the issue still persists, there is a script patch that may be downloaded.
- If you are a Voice Solutions dealer, log onto the FTP site's download section. Go to iChannel Suite>iChannel Lite Latest Exes>Invalid Files error fix - Scripting Host. Copy the contents of that directory to the C:\Windows\System32 directory on the local computer (it is recommended you make a copy of the original files before replacing them).
