iChannel Lite Troubleshooting

Problem: Dss file is stuck as .eD3 and will not show up in the list.

Solution -
1.) Close iChannel Lite and reopen the application. Hit Refresh to see if the stuck job has shown up.

2.) Does the .eD3 file have the long filename demographics (author name/ID, and date)?
- If it does then rename the .eD3 to .eD2. Hit Refresh to see if the stuck job has shown up.
- If it does not then rename the .eD3 to .dss. Hit Refresh twice to see if the stuck job has shown up.
