Solution -

1.) These modes are controlled by the permission settings in the transcriptionist ID profile on the Voice Solutions server. Open System Manager, select the transcriptionist profile desired, and go to the Options tab. Under the Document Retrieval Modes heading, check the box for the desired transcribe mode.
