Problem: The WT, Dept, and Subject fields are grayed out when editing demographics.

Solution -

1.) You must be given "Supervisor" permissions to edit those fields. This is done from the Voice Solutions server on a per transcriptionist profile basis. In the System Manager, select the transcriptionist profile desired and on the General tab of that profile, type Supervisor in the Title box.
