Problem: Nothing happens when I try to open the application.

Solution -

1.) Typically this is from the configuration file being corrupt. Open C:\Mercury\iChannel and delete a file named Config.INI (or if you have extensions hidden you will simply see Config).
2.)
- If the application does load correctly, you will now need to reconfigure your settings such as ServerName UNC, ID, and TransName as the defaults will be present. - If the application does not load still, reinstall the software.
