This is either a Windows permissions or sound card issue.
1.) Full Control should be assigned to the user account over C:\Mercury with any Read Only or Deny permissions being removed. For a step by step tutorial on how to do this, click here.
2.) Check for a 12345.wav and a 12345-del.wav file in the C:\Mercury\iChannel\Temp directory and delete them.
3.) If the issue still persists, it could be a sound card/driver issue. Test your sound card by playing an audio file through Windows Media Player.
- If you can play audio normally, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
- If you can not play audio normally, contact your network administrator. Reinstalling the sound card drivers are recommended, with replacing the sound card as a final resort.
