Error: "The File Manager is not responding."


  • Solution -


  • There are 3 possible causes of this error:

    - The ServerName (UNC) path in your Settings may be incorrect.
    1.)
    To determine this, go to File>Settings and verify the path in the ServerName (UNC) box is correct.

    - You may not have a currently working network connection.
    1.) To determine this, try accessing your email, the internet, or other network paths. If you are unable to do so, contact your local network administrator.

    - There is a problem with the system server.
    1.) If the first two possible causes are not the issue, then the File Manager is needs to be restarted on the Voice Solutions dictation server. Contact your local Voice Solutions dealer for further assistance.
