Solution -

1.) iChannel/iNet checks for a valid DAC footpedal when loading. You will receive this message if it does not find a footpedal, or if the footpedal is not an IN-DAC model from DAC. If this is not the first time launching the application, and you are certain you have the correct footpedal, verify that the USB connection is secure.

2.) Reboot the computer.

3.) If you still receive the error, try connecting the footpedal into a different USB port. You should see Windows automatically load drivers. If you do not, contact your local Voice Solutions dealer.
