Overview

PhoenixTalk is an app available on both the Apple (iPhone/iPad) and Android platforms. Elegant, simple and powerful - all that you've come to expect and love about modern apps! All dictation is instantly sent to your Phoenix Enterprise Server (or using Phoenix Automation Software) where it is available for transcription, exporting to a third-party or our Dragon Integration feature.

The app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.

Special Features

	SECURE SEND Your dictations go straight to your server, not the cloud or a hub before coming to you. The files have 128-bit encryption, the same level of security as banking websites.
	JOB NUMBER OF DICTATION IN SERVER Once the dictation hits the server, you can see the job number that the server assigned it for reference.
	JOB STATUS IN SERVER See the status of your dictation from the app. For example, if it is in the Queue for transcription, in the process of being transcribed, or the time of transcription, along with other job information.
	AUTOMATIC VOICE ERASURE FEATURE If you do not want to keep the voice recordings on your phone, the app can be set to automatically erase the voice file after it has been successfully uploaded, while keeping the file's information.
	CHOOSE THE ASSISTANT YOU WISH TO SEND DICTATION TO If there are different assistants/typists available to transcribe your dictation, then the desired one can be selected before uploading.
	ENTER IN A CASE, CLIENT, MATTER NUMBER, PATIENT NUMBER OR WORK TYPE Regardless of your field of work, you can fill out various demographic fields for each dictation. These fields can be customized for you.
	PRIORITIZE, EDIT, SAVE, OR DELETE A DICTATION Prioritizing will mark that job for immediate transcription in the server queue. Saving allows you to edit, resume, or upload that dictation at a later time.
